Policies and Procedures:

As customer satisfaction and peace of mind is the invaluable factor in keeping your business and ensuring your valued referrals, we have reliable procedures in place to guarantee such a level of service:

Procedures:

  • On receiving your enquiry, one of our plumbers will contact the relevant person (rental agency, the tenant, or Landlord) promptly in order to arrange a suitable time to come out a attend to the plumbing problem.
  • For smaller plumbing jobs, an estimated verbal quotation may be given and agreed to before any work is completed on the premises.
  • For larger plumbing projects to be done (over the amount of R5000.00) A detailed, formal quotation will be required and sent to you within 24 hours of the initial call out.
    • On acceptance of this quotation, a 50% deposit is required before completion of the job. If this deposit is not received within 7 days, the quote will expire and the relevant party will only be invoiced for the initial call out.
    • On receiving your deposit, your plumber will then confirm a pre-arranged time with you to come out and complete the service.
  • Once service has been completed, a tax invoice will be sent to you/the relevant agreed upon party within 48 hours.

Policies:

  • Customers are required to pay cash/EFT on completion of work.
  • We provide a 12 month guarantee on all new installations with SABS approved products.
  • We supply Certificates of Compliance to properties with plumbing installations that are up to SABS standards.
  • We offer an after hour emergency plumbing service.
  • Supplier backed guarantees on all of our recommended plumbing materials.

Insurance:

  • All Vehicles, tools and equipment are insured. Hahn Plumbing PTY LTD has umbrella cover to the value of R20 000 000.00.
